Keep your system updated with the latest Windows version. HP Smart supports Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. Go to Start → Settings → Windows Update and select Check for updates.
Disable any active VPN connection and try opening the Microsoft Store again.
If prompted to sign in, skip Microsoft account creation and continue setup.
Ensure your system date, time, and region settings are set correctly.
Press Windows + R, type wsreset, and press Enter.
